Sally Lin BKin MPT

Sally graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree and a Master of Physical Therapy degree. After graduation, Sally has worked in public practice in various areas including cardiac rehabilitation, palliative care, post-surgical rehabilitation, geriatrics, and arthritis.

During the physiotherapy program, Sally became keen about the world of pelvic health. This was further fostered with her recently experiencing pregnancy and postpartum firsthand. Sally particularly loves helping and educating moms (to-be) perform the activities they like without any pain, leaking, and discomfort.

Through her journey, she has found a passion for integrating exercise safely, improving quality of life, and advocating for what is best for individuals. Sally believes in working together with clients to empower, educate, and help clients achieve their goals. Her treatment approach includes manual therapy, individualizing exercises, educating to optimize function, empowering clients, and much much more.

Sally has additional training in female pelvic health, fitness in pregnancy and postpartum, clinical pilates, chronic pain, and dry needling to come in February!

Outside of work, Sally can be found playing volleyball, reading, and spending time with her family.
