Getting to our office is easy

We are located in a storefront location at the intersection of two major bus routes.There is plenty of free street parking in front of our office and on the surrounding residential streets.

To arrange an appointment with the midwives or for any administrative queries, please contact our office at (604) 877-7766 or via email.  Our office administrators, Natasha, Ruby, Erin or Jen are in the office or available to answer your calls Monday to Friday.  If you reach our voice mail, please leave a detailed message. For midwifery request calls, it may take up to 3 business days to return your call. This is because we aim to choose a quieter time of the day to connect with you. Our staff will answer any questions you may have and start an intake form. It is our goal to return all calls within 3 business days.

If you are a client of The Midwifery Group and require immediate assistance from the on call midwife (for example, if you are in labour or have an urgent concern about yourself or your baby's health) - Please call (604) 200-2601 to page or leave a message for your team. Clinical questions for your midwife are not addressed via email.
